I transferred a Vodafone number over to an existing oomph SIM. According to my Virgin Mobile dashboard the transfer happened (on the 2nd). I was able to call my device (with the VM sim in place) on the 3rd, but was not able to get data. The APN settings are different to those I found on the help page, but they appeared "grayed" and I was not able to edit them. When I went back to it today the situation is the same re: data, but additionally I am not able to connect to the Virgin network at all (if I go into Mobile network the message tells me it is unable to register on the network (either auto or manual selection).
