Number switched but not receiving calls

My number was switched using a PAC code from O2 and I’ve had my new phone all set up with Virgin for a couple of weeks now. On the virgin mobile account, the phone number is the correct one which has been switched over.

However, whenever someone tries to call or text me it doesn’t go through, and if I go to settings on my phone number shows as the number that came with the SIM card.

How do I fix this so I receive calls/texts?

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Sorry you're having some issues since bringing your number over, this isn't good. 

Can you confirm what handset it is you;re using?

It should allow you to edit the number to the one you've brought over and it should fix this issue.
