I've recently got a new contract on virgin mobile and have ported over my old number from Vodafone. The problem is that my number has not fully ported over, people can call me on my old number but can't text me. When I text others it shows my temporary virgin media number . Virgin have said the number had fully ported over but the text bit isn't working.  Anyone any advice on what I can do?

Can you please confirm the make and model of the handset you're using?
