Hi. In May 2020 I was contacted by Virgin re: upgrading my package. Within this they sent me a 'free' unlimited data SIM. I didn't want it and have never used it. Now I have received an email informing me that my new SIM is on its way. The Oomph unlimited data SIM is included within my monthly billing but without an identified cost. Am I being charged for this?! Thanks, Michael

Hi @M-F23 thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.
If you're on an oomph bundle you are paying for the oomph data SIM via your cable bill. I am really sorry for any confusion around this.
