My sim card has died..my phone works with other sim cards and my Virgin sim will not work in my other phones..it has be refitted..restarted etc but comes up as no sim no network..whats the chances of getting hold of customer services to replace it

Have you made any changes to your package/tariff recently or place any new orders?
If you haven't already, can you please try a manual network search on the handset.
