Hi I arrived last night to the canary Islands, when I turned my phone on it won't let me connect to anything I can't even get on to my movable app

Welcome to the community 

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your mobile whilst abroad. Can you confirm that you enabled your mobile roaming in the UK before you arrived at the Canary Island? You can see how to set roaming on your mobile here and on the roaming hub here.
