Not registered on

Trying to make calls and message saying not registered on network comes up. Have restarted phone and been into settings and network operators. Chose Virgin but message saying unable to register.signal strength looks fine.

Sorry to hear that you are having mobile service issues. Are you able to try removing then re-adding the SIM to the phone or trying the SIM in another device?
