Hi there, I am for some reason not on the Virgin network?. I have had my contract for 3 years. I do have a new phone-but have been using it for over 2 weeks without a problem?
Have tried restarting and rebooting and removing the sim and have tried searching manually for the network, this ended with O2 and Vodafone being the only options?
