I am unable to make or receive calls. Getting message not registered on the network, I have a samsung S5. Have tried calling mobile customer service using my landline no one is answering and I'm getting the disconnected tone. Not very happy.

Can you tell me whether an error message appears on screen when you insert the SIM?
Also, what does the message state when you try to call someone?
Does it happen with all numbers or just particular ones?
Have you tried the SIM in another phone to see if it works?
HI, This problem has been ongoing since March last year and the message is on the phone before I make a call. I bought new phone in march and virgin sent me new sim Every now and again I would get message not registered on network with a circle and line through it. I go into more networks, mobile networks, network operators and virgin is not there. I do automatic search and it says registered on network but no virgin and I'm unable to make calls. I try a manual search and all available networks appear but no virgin. About an hour later I try the process again and I am able to make a call. I have just recently received a new sim and still the problem persists.
