Thanks for taking the time to post on our forums and I'm really sorry for the issues that you're having at the moment.

 

I have looked into your account and the local area and cannot see any issues that would be causing this

 

Has anything improved since you last posted?

No nothing has changed. Sometimes during the day it will be OK  but 65% of the time it says not registered on network and also no service.

I am sorry but can you expand on the original post as there is nothing but a bullet point? Was the post edited?

 as to what issues you are having, are you able to post your network logs and a BQM graph so we can take a look at in-home network issues?

I am having trouble making and receiving phone calls. The messages I am receiving are not registered on the internet, no service and emergency calls only.

I am not in a remote place I am in my house and this is where I am having the problems. One minute I have a service and the next minute I don't.

I am sorry I do not know how to post a network log or send a BQM graph.

Thank you for providing me with that information. 

 

I have taken a look over the masts in the area and they seem to be in working condition, Can you try a manual network search for me and see if this make's a difference.

Have done this and registered with Virgin and this was accepted. I then tried to make a call after and it said not registered on network

Can you tell me if you've been able to try an alternative device to see if the connection issues with the SIM card continue?

 

I would like to rule out the possibility of a fault with the handset
