I'm trying to open a Virgin account and register my number with them. After I've put my number in on the registration page and clicked continue I'm told I'll be sent a text with a verification code.
However, no text is ever sent.
Is there any way of getting help on this thing.
I must say that currently my rating for Virgin Mobile is a big fat ZERO

I'm really sorry that you're having trouble activating your online account, this isn't good.
I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back to you, we have been busier than normal.
