In the last week I am not able to receive the authentication txt from Virgin bank to access my account which I need to do asap. I contacted Virgin bank last week & they advised no problems at there end as the txts were being sent. I telephoned Virgin media who I have my sim with & was advised this was a known issue & I needed a new sim. I now have the new sim & am still unable to receive the txt. I have tried turning off blue tooth and wiffi calling, rebooting phone but still not receiving. Help please I really need to get access to my account Jen
