Not receiving passcode to set up mobile internet account

Cannot register for virgin mobile online because no matter how many times I try I am not receiving the passcode. Tried so many times. It driving me mad. I cannot access any websites because of a setting so I'm told in my mobile account. But I don't have one as my sim was included in a package. Trying to register but can get any further because of this passcode. Please advise

I am sorry to hear you are not receiving the passcode to set up your online account.
