Since switching to Virgin Mobile, I have had problems receiving calls. Looking at the forum it seems there are a lot of people experiencing the same issue but no clear solution.
The 'missed' call shows up on my call list but the phone hasn't rung and the caller hears a message saying the call has failed, or similar.
Maybe 2 in 10 calls are getting through.
Its impossible to get to any relevant help on the Virgin Media website and the button they say to click if we need more help doesn't appear to be there.
I just want some help as its annoying people who are trying to get in touch with me, or to break contract based on a service not being supplied.
