Hi,

I recently switched to Virgin Media from EE. My old EE number was transferred over and completed to my new Virgin Media sim today. I can send and receive texts, but I am not receiving any phone calls. When someone calls me, it says "Welcome to EE voicemail".  I'm not sure if this is because I have to wait an extra 24 hours.
