It seems I am unable to make or receive any phone calls, not sure how long it's been like this as I don't use my phone too much.
Just found out my neighbour is also having the same problem on her Virgin mobile.
Any faults that are known?

I'm very sorry fort he issues you're having with your mobile service, this isn't good.
I'd also like to apologise for the time it's taken us to reply, we have been busier than usual.
