Not receiving calls or texts

I've not been able to receive calls or texts for about a week (possibly since Sept 9th). Calls and texts out are OK and all data services. I've been through the whole of the troubleshooting procedure without success. My number has not been ported anywhere. I see from the forum that others report the same problem in the last few days but the resolution is not published. Can anyone advise? Thanks

Hi. Thanks for responding. The issue is happening with all calls and texts without exception including every test from other phones I've carried out plus those people that I know for sure have tried to contact me by either route.

Thanks for coming back to us. Have you been able to try the SIM in a different handset? This is just to rule out the SIM being an issue.

I have tried the SIM in an older phone with exactly the same outcomes: calls and texts out are working but nothing incoming. I have one surprise to report, however, that may be instructive: at 04:39 I had a stream of 5 texts come through that had been sent over the past few days, all from a single contact. But since then, nothing.

Id like to take a look into this for you and check the account etc.

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
