Cannot receive calls or texts on iPhone6 since I inserted my new sim, call centre help was not good. Change to 3G to 4G to 2G did nothing - call forwarding no idea how that helps when you don’t select a number, still didn’t help. Asked me to factory reset my phone, why? It’s not an apple fault it’s a Virgin fault.
Can I use my old SIM or can this be fixed? Many users seem to be having the same issue. Not good!
