I am a new customer I ordered oomph bundle contract date starting 8th June. I received router and TV box but not the sim. I phone Virgin Media many times. They say that Virgin mobile have not made an account on my name and not sent sim. They also say that Virgin mobile will contact me within next 24-48 hours for details but they have not contacted me.
