Not received new Sim

Hi, I was told I would receive a new sim but it hasn't arrived as yet and worried it will become deactivated and a 90 year old man depends on it, please can you advise ?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. Sorry to hear that the SIM hasn't arrived for this customer. I can take a look in to this for you - are you able to pass security on their behalf? If so I'll private message you and take some details to get this fixed.
