Can I ask if this is a new order you've placed, or a replacement SIM for an existing number?
Did you get an email confirmation for the order?
Is the address correct?

Been on phone to virgin today one went to one address and the other to the correct address but no apartment number.
hopefully one of will arrive some time and I was told the £5 + fee was being waived!!??@
it is not I need a sim but have to have one as virgin is swapping provider.

You shouldn't be charged for a SIM if it's part of our SIM swap.

since calling this morning I have no service showing and sim not provisioned so someone turned me off! Can’t ring or text you now

Still not received is it because the flat number 701 Ashley Court 26 Bolinder Way London E3 3UAdoes not appear on the address in the "my orders" section?
