Not received new SIM

I have not received my new SIM. I have tried contacting the help desk team a couple of times now through the live chat but has timed out both times.

I'm on live chat with chasing my SIM order for 5 hours now. And with 4 transfers from person to person... It's incredible...

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm very sorry to hear you've not had your new SIM, this ins't good. 

Is this a replacement SIM or for a brand new order? 

When was the SIM ordered? 

If it's been longer than 3-5 days then please reply to my personal message and I can get another one sent.

Your new SIM has been sent, this will arrive to the confirmed address within 3-5 days. 

Just follow the instructions on how to activate it.

I did indeed spoke to @Ryan_N. He was most amazing and helpful. Really impressed and pleased with the solution which was a permanent fix, a clear message and a quick understanding of the issue.
