I have not received the new SIM card tried to order 1 via app but says I’ve have been sent 1. Tried phoning numerous times but always closed due to corona. Tried shop but closed. My phone will turn off soon what Can I do.
Not yet received SIM card, and didn’t receive text advising it’s been sent. But did receive a letter from Virgin yesterday saying SIM card will stop working in 7 days. Hopefully will receive today or tomorrow.
