Not received new SIM and phone Cut off

Hi,

I have not received my new SIM card and now my phone has been cut off. This means I cannot call Virgin to resolve the issue and so am posting on here. 

I am unsure if the SIM has been posted to the wrong address (I moved in December) or simply not arrived. I really need my phone working as soon as possible as I am self-employed and its having a huge effect on work.

Very sorry that you've not had your new SIM and for the delay in getting back to you. 

Has the SIM arrived or been sorted since you posted?
