Received new sim after problems using mobile data abroad, but not received text to say new sim is ready

All seems to be working now, I would love to know what you did.

Wha t do l need to do next time I go abroad.

On another point whatever I enter as a password (and I’m certain of what it is) i keep getting the “oops message “ I can’t login to my mobile account, can you help with that issue

 

Hi there, thanks for letting me know this is now working for you 😊

When you go abroad next time we would always recommend to reset the roaming service you wish to use via your online account here It is recommended that this is done at least 48 hours before leaving the UK. If you need any further information on roaming charges etc, this can be found in our roaming hub here.

In regards to getting your online account set up again, have you been able to access this account before? If so, what happens when you select the reset password option?
