Not primary account holder, app sign in message.

Hi I have just got a new Samsung Galaxy 21Ultra and I am having some issues using the virgin mobile app to check my data and get the message that I am not the primary account holder. I have cleared the cache and data from my old and new phone but I am still unable to resolve the issue and log in correctly. I am the primary account holder.

Some help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

The message for a 'primary account holder' will be for Cable services, not Mobile.

To use the app for your Virgin Mobile, it should authenticate against the SIM over a mobile data connection - no username or password is required
