Not eligible for Family Plan

I currently have 5 mobile numbers on 30 day sim only plans, and would like to put them all into a Family plan. But according to the account page for each number, none of the numbers are eligible for the Family plan. I called customer services and spent 45 minutes on a call that got me nowhere. I have a current TV and Broadband contract with Virgin, so i know i am eligible. Can someone please advise me on the best way to get this done.

Thanks for your post. Apologies for the delay in response and to hear that you've been having issues with setting up a family plan. 

 

I can take a look in to this for you - it should be £2 off of the second, third etc. I'll pop you a private message now to take a look in to this.
