Not an exisiting Virgin Broadband Customer so cannot get offer

Got the following message at Virgin Media Checkout:-

Sorry! We checked your home address and our records show that you aren’t an existing Virgin Broadband, TV or home phone customer.
We've refreshed your basket by moving you onto alternative plans and updated your prices and discount accordingly.

So I can't currently get the flash sale price.  I am an existing Bigger Bundle customer.  The address entered when completing the checkout details is exactly the same as that shown on my bills which are the only location I can find my address mentioned within my Virgin account.

Very frustrating.  Really do not want to miss out on the deal because of some error that is not my fault.

if you are a current customer you can't get new customer deals.
