Not allowed upgrade

I am trying to upgrade and have spent about £150.00 per mont for several years on both broadband and four mobile accounts.

I am being told that I cannot upgrade due to changing my bank?  I changed bank over twelve months ago.

Can anyone help. I don't understand why I can't upgrade.

Thank you for clarifying. Did they expand any further on why this upgrade cannot proceed?

I'm afraid we're unable to process any package changes from here, which includes both upgrades and cancellations.
