My husband has a new phone. He has ported his number but can not use the phone to ring out or receive calls
Virgin support has not been helpful at all
Everything else is fine

I'm so sorry to hear that this happened. Was the port scheduled to go ahead yesterday when you made your post? If so, it can take the full 24 hours for the port to fully complete and there can sometimes be intermittent issues during that timeframe.
Is the issue still ongoing today? If so, let us know and we can investigate from there.
