Not able to make or receive calls & No 3g or 4g data

Hi. I ported my mobile number from Sky to Virgin on 28th January 2021.

Its now 13th February 2021 and I’m still not able to make or receive calls. Also, I only have the “H” signal for mobile data, no 3g or 4g.

I have lost count how many times I have called Virgin to try and get this resolved. Each time I have spent hours on the phone. Every time they tell me that the technical team is working on it and to wait 24 hours.

I have tried all of the diagnostic checks. I have either tried other mobile handsets and had a replacement sim sent to me. Nothing has worked!

I have also asked to make a formal complaint, and got no where with that either.

I don’t know what else I can do. All I know is that my sim still isn’t working. I really wish I didn’t make to swap to Virgin!

If anyone can please help me with this I would really really appreciate it!
