Not Registered on Network.

  • Cannot access data make and receive calls from Samsung Galaxy J6 phone.

When I try to make a call 'Not registered on network' message comes up.

I'm sorry to hear you've been faced with this issue. I just need to clear up a few things with you to be able to give you the correct advice. Can you let me know the following please; 

 

Have you had our SIM in this phone before and it has worked? 

Is the phone you have put the SIM in unlocked to the Virgin network?

Thanks for replying.

Yes, I have had this sim in my phone before.

  • The problem has resolved and the phone works. Seems it was due to signal issues.
