Not Received Oomph SIM Card

I signed up to a new broadband contract on 22nd August through retentions which included an Oomph SIM card.

I still have not received a SIM card so I can't use my mobile package which I have been paying for since 22nd August.

I am going round in circles with customer services. Is there anyone from Virgin who can organise for this SIM card to be sent out?

Hello Ryan I also haven't received my sim from Virgin. Ive received my first bill and I can see it on there however they have failed to deliver it

Hi annaelizabeth, thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you have had some issues with the package, can you confirm if the credit check was done at the new address or have been been able to advise why this is the case? When a credit check is done the address would need to match or it would be rejected. Are you now looking at cancelling the service? ^Chris
