Hi, I'm currently overseas in Australia and have not been receiving text messages since 17 April, however I am still able to receive calls.
My phone was receiving messages prior to 17th, and I've not changed any settings. I've restarted the phone several times, and also removed and reinserted the battery, which makes no difference.
My phone is registered on a local network, but since 17 April when connecting to a local network, I don't receive the confirmation text from Virgin welcoming me to Australia.I have full reception on the local network.
This issue is becoming urgent as I need to be able to receive texts in order to access online banking.
