Nonsense replies and robots

Virgin have made such a hash up of complaints and queries that I can no  longer follow which applies to what either! (they certainly don't.) There seems to be a lot of misunderstandingor misdirection.

There have been replies to completely unrelated issues as if a robot is in charge. The final straw was getting a real letter, saying text this number and then someone will call you back to discuss your issue.

When my other half finally got the text to go, we got an automated response from a robot! I am staggered they are still in business. No wait,  it must be  all part of the plan to keep you tethered to them. It is so difficult you give up. None of the online links and tools help, its always..Oops we can't do that online. Is it just me?
