For the last couple of weeks I have had a very poor to non existent signal at home. I can't make calls and when someone tries to call me they are told my phone is turned off. It's been bad for some time now but recently it has got a lot worse. I may as well not have a mobile at all. I don't have a landline now and rely on this so think I am going to have to ditch Virgin mobile and go elsewhere. It's pathetic that they can't do better than this.

Hi Katiecat973, thanks for the message and sorry to hear about the experience with the signal. Does a network search improve anything? Can you check the ofcom coverage checker to see what the signal is like indoors here - Chris
