I have ordered a SIM card around the 16th of December which has not yet arrived but I have received a message to say that my first bill will be from the 16th of December and payment will be taken around the 4th of January I think is the date.how can you charge me a bill from the 16th of December when its now the 22nd of December and I have not yet received the SIM card.i should not have to pay for a service I can not use on the dates I would be charged for.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.
Sorry to hear your SIM hasn't arrived yet - I would assume this would be apart of the delivery delays that has been seen across the UK with Royal Mail, I can only apologise. You wouldn't be expected to pay for a service you're not using and have not yet received, all you need to do is let us know, like you have. You don't need to worry about that and no one would make you.
