No wifi connection from mobile

Virgin media gave me another sim and channels in a new deal, now I cannot connect to my house wifi.

Home wifi connection to mobile

I have repeatedly called vm and spoken to many people and keep getting passed on to someone else, being told they will not keep me waiting long.  Then not answering. Been waiting for an hour and then I have to hang up. Since being given a new mobile SIM card, I have not been able to connect to my home vm wi fi on my original mobile no. I was told that I could keep it. Please can someone contact me to sort it out.

Have you gone into your WiFi settings on your phone, deleted any old profiles and set up a new connection?
