No voicemail

I recently transferred from Virgin PAYG to monthly sim. I have no voicemail and have been ‘speaking’ to numerous people and they saying they’ll call me back …. Nothing! This has been going on for weeks so am totally cheesed off now. Nobody seems to be doing anything. Am at present looking at another supplier in the hope of voicemail!

Sorry to hear this, what happens when you dial 222 to set up the voicemail? You can fid out how to set up your voicemal here: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/set-up-virgin-mobile-voicemail

When ringing 222 either silent or message says problem setting up voicemail please contact team……!
