Wasted 2 days with no success
Some pins 10 digits long some 4 all rejected pointless conversations blaming phone. Every time what date how much bank payments brainless bot. And the stupid pin voice 3 failed attempt locked out when only trued 1.and a 4 digit one read back with extra number i didn't put in And took all morning to actually get connected to an Internet provider endless bit tosh or 45 minute on hold truelt rubbish treatment ring 222 message not allowed on this number and another number also not allowed a rubbish start to holiday .STILL not connected wadtungvno more of holiday with pointless bot and top tapping helpers !!

We do advise that all customers take a look at our Using Virgin Mobile Abroad page before travelling as this can help you set up your device before you leave the country.
You can also take a look at the Roaming Costs in Spain page to ensure that you're aware of any potential charged while you're away.
