Handset shows No Sim, have powered off and restarted, updated software, removed SIM card when handset switched off, cleaned sim and replaced, but still not recognising sim. Was fine last night when I went to bed and showing this issue only from this morning. Thanks for any help Handset is new iPhone SE20 and only had for 4 weeks. .
Hi, contacted Virgin who sent me a new sim which I put in earlier today, however my handset now shows no service? Still unable to make receive calls and texts. Will need to call again on Saturday. I can’t activate the sim as unable to send the text??
