Not sure exactly where this post should go as this issue is all related to the package I took out.
So I signed up to the Big Oomph bundle including Broadband, TV and landline. This also included a mobile SIM.
Everything was installed on 26/10/20 and is operational, however no sign of the mobile SIM?
Does anyone know if this is likely to automatically follow, if so when?Has it been overlooked? I’m paying for it so I think I would like to receive it!
Any help/advice welcome.
