I'm constantly having issues with no signal on one of my sims on my family plan. I can't send or receive text or have any data it just says emergency calls only.
I've double checked and the account has unlimited text and call, has plenty of data and is within it's spending cap.
Any idea what is going wrong?

Would you be able to remove the sim and insert it.
Then go to the settings menu and do a network search.

yeah I have which fixes it but then a few days/hours later it does the same

I've put the sim in an old phone and it seems to work. The phone isn't old its a MI 10 LITE
I'm not sure really what to do.

Hi Damian, thanks for your reply.
Does it have a dual SIM slot your phone, if so can you try the SIM in another slot perhaps?
Also this can help: Press Settings.
Press SIM cards & mobile networks.Press the required SIM.Press the indicator next to "Turn on" to turn use of the SIM on or off.If you turn off use of the SIM, press OK. ... Press the Return key. Press the required setting below "Default for calls".
