No signal

Hi yesterday we had a power cut for about 1hr now power is restored but our phone signals are intermittent coming and going its been 24 hrs now one phone has had no signal for 24 hrs I can't contact support via text or phone cos signal keeps dropping only seems to be my area

My post code is DA12 5DW

Can someone tell me when this area will get a proper signal again

Good Morning @Thewhizz, thanks for your post and I'm sorry to hear of the recent power cut.

Can you please confirm if your handsets are currently operating with Wi-Fi switched on, or if you're currently connected to mobile data?

Are you experiencing issues with the handsets further afield?

Here you are straight from EE who I suspect Virgin are using for signal in your case

Piggybacking on the ee transmitter been off 3 days now don't suppose ee will be in any rush to help virgin customers 🤣

Usually fixing a mast would also benefit the customers of EE that are local to the mast, so I suspect they will be keen to have this resolved for their own customers, as well as those with Virgin Mobile
