I've just turned on my very infrequently used Nokia 105 and there is no signal, Emergency calls only. Any ideas please

Is it PAYG? Have you made a chargeable call or sent a text recently? If not it may have been disconnected for none use.

Also possible is it has been switched off with this months closure of PAYG

Yes PAYG, no call or text recently, has PAYG finished ? I'm sure I had a balance

Is in the process of finishing, about a week to run. You were probably sent text messages but if the phone was not switched on they may well of expired.

Normally if a PAYG is shut down for none use there is no refund of balances. However, with the closure some balances are being refunded.

Hopefully one of the team here will be able to advise.

Hi LAB1

Thanks for posting and thanks to all the community that have replied.

I will send a PM to see if there's anything we can do and advise further.
