No signal in my area

No signal in my area for me and my partner I have an oppo device and my partner a Samsung. We get zero signal in our area even though signal checker only states strong 4g signal. 

Been around 3 months of messaging and phones calls to them and still haven't got anywhere.

 

Someone help!!!!

Mainly my area, but signal drops out often when not at home/ out of town. Been a few times where I've had zero signal all day.

I am very sorry to hear that. Do you notice if it only seems to happen when indoors, or does it happen a lot when outdoors too?

Hi @Joshgear,

Can you try turning on Airplane Mode for at least 30 seconds and then turning it back off again? This can sometimes help to reset the connection to the network and alleviate these issues.
