Mobile mast has been down for a month in my area so zero signal and becoming a joke now! All they say is use WiFi calling, which is fine if at home but even that is intermittent. I am missing vital calls from my kids schools and hospital appointments etc. Where do I stand with compensation and or coming out of contract, as surely they are not providing the service promised?

I'm so sorry to hear that you are experiencing a loss of service due to this mast issue.
I can understand how frustrating this must be, I would be happy to look into compensation etc with you further and I will send you a PM now so we can do so.
