I am currently travelling abroad (Europe) and I have a problem with service. I've received the first message "welcome to.. bla bla" and it was working fine. Next day it went down. I have no service message (Roaming is on).
I was not transferred to o2 yet, but can't login to my virgin mobile account anymore.
What is the issue, what can I do to fix it ?
Tried to contact a virgin through the live chat, but there is no way to get actual human help.

Sorry that you have been having this issue, all of our former Virgin Mobile accounts have now transferred over to O2, I would advise reaching out to O2 to discuss this as they might need to enable the roaming from their side.
