Hi,
I'm currently abroad and in a bit of a loop with not being able to connect to any network. I've tried the manual international network search on my phone but of the 4 that appeared earlier the sim couldn't connect to 3 of them and the Vodafone one just kept timing out. I'm not 100% sure that I've got data roaming enabled on my virgin account but having forgotten the app password I can't login as it needs to send a text message to this phone to confirm it's me. Likewise I can't call up, because no signal.
Any suggestions or help appreciated please

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your mobile whilst away,
Roaming is something we ask you to activate before leaving the UK, I'll pop you over a private message so we can check these details for you,
Look out for the purple envelope, top right hand corner.
