No services

Well my services were stopped and they sent a replacement sim but still ive had no services. Only emergency calls. Anyone know if i should just move to a new provider as im paying for a sim that wont work!! Its been over a week without a phone and i have no idea whats wrong and they dont know either.

Thank you for making your first post regarding your SIM issues, I am so sorry to hear that your services have stopped working.

May I ask if you are a Pay As You Go customer?

Have you checked the Vodafone Service Status https://www.vodafone.co.uk/network/status-checker for issues displayed on there that may be causing this?
